Dashboard & Account

MakeMyBills is an all-in-one Operating System and CRM built for businesses. It helps you manage customers, products, invoices, payments, tasks, and your entire team in one unified platform.

You can update your business information, including company name, logo, address, and banking details directly from the "Business Profile" section in the CRM Panel. This information will automatically reflect on your generated invoices.

Customers Management

Navigate to the "Customers" module and click on "Add Customer". You can record detailed contact information, address, and GST details for seamless invoicing.

Products & Categories

Yes! Use the "Product Categories" and "Products" modules to organize your inventory. You can define names, prices, and tax rules to easily select them when generating invoices.

Invoices & Billing

Absolutely. The "Create Invoice" module automatically handles CGST, SGST, and IGST calculations based on your business state and the customer's state. You can also generate non-GST invoices.

Yes, you can configure your default terms and conditions globally through the "Edit Invoice Terms" section, or modify them individually per invoice.

Payments

Using the "Payments" module, you can record full or partial payments for any invoice. The system will automatically compute the outstanding balance and display detailed payment history.

Tasks Management

Yes. The "Tasks" module allows you to create, assign, and track tasks to ensure internal workflows and client follow-ups never slip through the cracks.

Team Management (Users)

Yes! Through the "Users" module, you can add multiple team members. Each team member will have their own login credentials, allowing for smooth collaboration.

Support & Subscriptions

If you encounter an issue or have a query, simply go to the "Support" module in your dashboard to create a ticket. Our team will assist you directly inside the platform.

Navigate to the "Subscriptions" module to view your current active plan, team limits, renewal date, and billing history.
